Advocacy Training Opportunity

We're heading into fall - and with that comes new educational opportunities with Empower Missouri! They are again offering their virtual Advocacy 101 training - with three sessions to choose from focused on each of their priority issue areas.   These trainings will take place virtually on Thursday, September 7th.  Register for the FREE TRAINING here.   The schedule for September 7th is below:

Advocacy 101 + Housing Policy: 9:00-10:30AM

Advocacy 101 + Food Security Policy: 11:00AM-12:30PM

Advocacy 101 + Criminal Justice Policy: 2:00-3:30PM

They are also hosting a fall calendar of monthly Friday Forums (2nd Fridays from 12-1pm), and a more in-depth, in-person conference on November 6-7 called the Anti-Poverty Advocates Summit.
