Missouri's Master Plan on Aging- Upcoming Town Halls

Aging with Dignity: Missouri’s Master Plan on Aging is a multi-sector initiative with a goal that all Missourians, regardless of age or ability, will have access to person-centered programs and services necessary to help them age in their environment of choice and in a safe and healthy manner. Meetings will be held across the state in February/March 2024 to gather feedback from local individuals who know about issues and needs in their communities. New research from the Maine Rural Health Research Center identifies places and people that are more than 25 minutes from an ambulance station, known as an ambulance desert.
