New MMF Application Resources Available

MMF has created several new application resources to help demystify the process:  

• First, there is an application guide to explain the updated community needs question which has a stronger focus on the social determinants of health (SDOH).  
• Second, there is a document which explains creating a strong proposal for MMF, including general Responsive Grants as well as capacity building and advocacy/coalition-building proposals.
• Third, you can easily schedule a 30-minute virtual meeting with MMF Program Managers for in-depth technical assistance.  Emily or Katy can answer your questions about fit and walk you through any particular sections of the application.
