Marillac Mission Fund Welcomes New Staff
Marillac Mission Fund is pleased to announce that Lucinda Perry Jones has joined our team as the Director of Partnerships & Organizational Development.
Lucinda brings many years of experience in leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational change management. With an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and a formidable background as a consultant and president of her own company, she has a proven track record of providing on-the-ground capacity building experience and helping grant partners work through complex systems change.
Lucinda has a passion for public health, having overseen two Food as Medicine research projects in her time as Director of Strategic Initiatives for Operation Food Search. From designing fundraising efforts to heading change initiatives, she is no stranger to fostering and facilitating effective new frameworks. A trusted thought partner and leader for executives, boards, and coalitions alike, she’s routinely implemented successful, forward-thinking strategies and delivered improvements for numerous, nonprofit, philanthropic organizations.
In this new role at MMF, Lucinda will be responsible for the strategic integration of the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood of O’Fallon, Missouri’s “CPPS Mission Fund” while representing the CPPS charism to grant partners and others in the community. Lucinda will also oversee MMF Capacity Building and Leadership support programs.
The Marillac Mission Fund and Ascension welcome Lucinda to our team.
